Malilitao ES invites everyone to the 2022 Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Program on August 8, 2022 @ 7:00AM.

This activity aims to set the mark for all education stakeholders to be involved and contribute to address resource gaps faced by schools for the preparation of the opening of classes for SY 2022-2023.

Brigada Eskwela is an epitome of education partnership between the school and its stakeholders. Hence, we are inviting all parents, teachers, students, alumni, community groups and private individuals, local businesses, NGOs , religious groups and other stakeholders who are very much willing to donate their time,talents and treasure for this activity .

📣 Ang EARLY REGISTRATION ay para sa school year 2022-2023.

📣 Simula sa March 25 hanggang
April 30, 2022, inaanyayahan ang mga magulang ng mga sumusunod para magpalista:

📌 KINDER: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag Oktubre 31, 2022 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018).
📌 GRADE 1: Mga batang kasalukuyang nakaenrol sa Kindergarten

PAMAMARAAN sa PAGPAPATALA

1. Kumuha ng kopya ng enrollment form na nakapwesto sa gate ng paaralan.
2. Kumpletuhin ang impormasyong kailangan. Huwag pong kalimutan na maglagay Ng contact number.
3. Ibalik ang form kasama ng kopya ng Birth Certificate. Siguraduhing di maghihiwalay ang enrollment form at Birth Certificate. Ihulog Ito sa tamang kahon.

📣 Siguraduhin lamang po na susunod tayo sa health protocols na ipinapatupad sa ating paaralan. Palagi pong magsuot ng face mask at magsocial distancing. Huwag na po magsama ng bata. Magdala rin po ng sariling ballpen. Maraming Salamat po 😊

This is to inform everyone that acceptance of application for Teacher I position for School Year 2022-2023 will start January 10, 2022 up to January 21, 2022.

Teacher Applicant shall submit to the school head a written application, with the Applicant Number Indicated, supported by the following documents:

a. CSC Form 212 ( revised 2005 ) in 2 copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture
b. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or or a PRC certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating and other information recorded in the PRC Office
c. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET ) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers ( PBET)
d. Certified copy of Transcript of Records
e. Copies of Service Record / Certificate of employment, performance rating and and school clearance for those with teaching experience
f. Certificates of specialized training, if any
g. Certified copy of Voter's ID and / or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
h. NBI Clearance
i. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant
All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.

Applicants should submit their pertinent documents in triplicate ( 3 separate folders) to the School Head's Office.
