PAF YOUTH LEAPers Mactan Since its launch last year, the Youth Leader Exchange for Air Power (Youth LEAP), PAF’s new Youth

The next staging of the PAF Youth LEAP will be done at 560ABW, this time in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Mactan and the different Universities in Cebu.
“Youth-LEAP Flies to MACTAN” will be a three-day event scheduled on 10-12 April 2013.

40 young people with outstanding aptitude for leadership and academic records will be selected as participants coming from Cebu’s top universities. Fi

ve outstanding participants from the previous PAF Youth LEAP will be requested to join and act as models and assistant facilitators for the activity. The three-day program will include lectures, workshops, group discussions and presentations on Air Power, National Security, Disaster Relief Operations and Environmental Protection.
