Today, September 20, 2025, the BSCE-1A participated in the turnover for their NSTP to ROTC program, along with other 1st-year students from different colleges of the University of Northern Philippines. A new chapter is set for these students as they embark on their new journey for their training program. The event also featured the discussion of the Blood Letting Awareness and Education by the Philippine Red Cross, and the Project A.B.K.D. of the Philippine National Police.
The awareness campaign of the current tension between China and the Philippines regarding the territorial dispute in the West Philippine Sea was also highlighted by the Philippine Army and the Armed Forces of the Philippines. This activity "AWAKENED" the students and provided them with an insight into one of the alive issues in the Philippines.
The activity didn’t just serve as an educational lecture for the students—but also enlightened our minds with the amazing intermissions presented to us during the program—making the event enjoyable and educational.
