In a dynamic showcase of artistry and cultural heritage, second-year Interior Design students from the College of Fine Arts and Design opened “HABI,” an art exhibition celebrating the 2025 Philippine Indigenous Month. The exhibit, which runs from October 29 to November 10, 2025, highlights the students’ creative interpretations of indigenous craftsmanship and identity.

In celebration of the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, the 𝗕𝗦 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝟮𝗕 students proudly present the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, a showcase of creativity and cultural appreciation through textile-inspired design concepts. The exhibit highlights the artistry, patterns, and symbolism of Philippine indigenous fabrics, reimagined through the lens of interior design.

Each artist, student, mentor, and alumnus has added a spark to this radiant legacy — chiseling raw imagination into forms that shine with truth, memory, and meaning.

In this exhibition, 𝙇𝘼𝘿𝘼𝙒𝘼𝙉, we gather these gems of creativity across generations — works that reflect not just skill, but the courage to dig deeper into culture, heritage, and human experience. Here, art is not only what is made, but what is carried: resilience, vision, and purpose polished through time.

The College of Fine Arts and Design is excited to announce that interviews and drawing examination for incoming 1st year students/shifters and transferees will start on Monday, June 23, 2025!

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring 1st year students to showcase their skills and creativity. We encourage you to be the best you can be.

Date: Monday, June 23, 2025 onwards
Venue: College of Fine Arts and Design ( details will be announced upon arrival or at registration at the Dean's Office. Look for Mr. Michael A.Claudio.)

What to Bring:
