In celebration of National CPR Day, the YASSH Club officers proudly took part in ๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™Ÿ๐™š๐™˜๐™ฉ ๐™„๐™’๐˜ผ๐™Ž: ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™š๐™œ๐™ง๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™™ ๐™’๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ง ๐™Ž๐™–๐™›๐™š๐™ฉ๐™ฎ ๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™œ๐™ง๐™–๐™ขโ›‘๏ธ, where they strengthened their knowledge and practical skills in water safety, basic life support, survival techniques, and rescue response.โœจ

As part of the Ilocos Sur Resilience Festival 2026, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) and its partner agencies, conducted Project IWAS, training 200 high school students in essential water rescue and emergency response skills to build a more prepared and resilient youth๐Ÿ‘ฅ

The YASSH Club officers were given the opportunity to participate in this meaningful initiative through the support of our SDRRM Coordinator, Mr. Deus John Q. Molina, whose trust and encouragement allowed our student leaders to gain valuable life-saving knowledge and hands-on experience.๐Ÿ”ฅ

They proved that leadership goes beyond planning eventsโ€”it also means being prepared to respond when the community needs them the most. โœจ
