𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚. It teaches us to come to Him, to learn from His heart, and to walk beside Him instead of striving on our own. He is gentle, humble, and kind. In His presence, our souls find true peace and rest.

It also reminds us that true rest comes not from doing more, but from trusting Him. When we lean on Him, we find strength, comfort, and hope. 𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨.

This verse reminds us that no matter how difficult life becomes, God’s love and mercy never fail. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙮, 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜. It is tempting to just use our intellect alone and come up with plans and understandings, yet we never truly know everything. It is only through placing our complete trust in God, even when things dont make sense, we let go of the weight of trying to control every outcome.

To "lean not on your own understanding" does not mean that reason and wisdom are pointless; it is more so the realization that our vision is too small to see God's perfect plans for us. 𝘼 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙖𝙡𝙡.

And finally, the phrase "In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." It is not only for the major decisions in life such as career, relationships, and planning for the future but for all that we go through. For every little decision, for every battle, even for the things which seem to be too ordinary and insignificant to involve Him in. This Nutrition Month 2026, the Young Businessmen and Entrepreneurs’ Society (YBES) joins in promoting awareness on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy living. In line with this year’s subtheme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”, we are reminded that caring for our health also means caring for the environment around us.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚. Choosing nutritious food, practicing sustainable habits, and embracing wellness in our daily lives are small decisions that create lasting impact—leading to healthier bodies, sharper minds, and a more sustainable environment. 🤩

This bible verse reminds us that we do not have to face life's challenges alone. It teaches that faith in Christ gives people the strength, courage, and hope to overcome difficulties and keep moving forward. Beginnings can sometimes feel uncertain, for we do not know what tomorrow may bring. Yet as we open this new school year, it is truly a blessing to have started with a holy mass — 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
