This Department of Tourism (DOT) flagship program equips our future industry leaders with the "7Ms" of Filipino values—from being Maka-Diyos to May Pag-asa—ensuring they deliver world-class service with a heart.

We are proud to announce that the Divine Word College of Vigan - College of Hospitality and Tourism Management has emerged victorious in the Tourism Start-up Challenge (TSC) 2025 – Provincial Vetting held on January 29, 2026.
DWCV officially joins the elite circle of 4 Region 1 HEIs qualified for the Regional Vetting stage with their innovative Research & Development entry: “Development and Acceptability of Mackerel Tuna Chips.”
