𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 💚✍️

In line with the celebration of National Mental Health Month, the Psychology Students Organization (PSO) organized the Mental Health Pledge Wall, an initiative that encouraged students to express their commitment to mental health advocacy. Through this activity, participants shared their personal pledges—whether it was to care for their own mental well-being, uplift others, or help break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Each pledge became a whisper of kindness that echoed louder than silence ever could—a reflection of courage, compassion, and oneness.

May this wall continue to remind everyone that mental health is everyone’s responsibility, and that healing begins with kindness—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. 💗🌏

𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗻 💚🩹

In celebration of National Mental Health Month, the organization happily handed out motivational stickers to the students of the university as a way to help uplift students' spirits.

Each sticker carried gentle reminders that it’s okay to pause, to slow down, to breathe, to feel, and to keep going. Simple as they may seem, these stickers speak volumes. You are not alone, you are enough, and your feelings are valid.

Through this small act of kindness, the PSO hopes to spread positivity, start conversations about mental health, and remind everyone that support can come in the simplest forms, sometimes in just a few kind words that stick.

Together, let’s keep sticking together for hope, for healing, and for one another. We are here to always remind you that you are important and that you matter. 🙂‍↕️❤️‍🩹

𝗔𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 💚🔖

In celebration of Mental Health Month, the Psychology Students Organization (PSO) shared a meaningful activity called “Words That Heal.”

Through this initiative, the PSO created and distributed inspirational bookmarks around the University of Northern Philippines — simple tokens filled with messages of hope, encouragement, and self-love.

Each bookmark was made to remind everyone that healing doesn’t always come in big ways —sometimes, it starts with a few kind words and a little act of care.

May these bookmarks continue to inspire our fellow students to take care of their minds, speak kindness, and spread positivity within the UNP community. 🫂🫶

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 👀📦

Not every feeling needs to be explained. Not every thought needs to be spoken. Sometimes, we just need a place to let it all go — safely, quietly.

That’s why the Psychology Students Organization brings back The Muncher Monster, revamped for every student who’s been holding something inside.

It doesn’t have ears — it doesn’t listen or judge. It simply eats what weighs you down: the worries, the guilt, the fears, the things you wish you could say but can’t.

Let the Muncher Monster take a bite of what’s heavy.
Because even silent thoughts deserve to be set free. 😶‍🌫️📩

The organization shares this sincere gesture of respect and support for Dr. Cadorna’s leadership and UNP's commitment to academic excellence, student development, and institutional growth. We acknowledge the leadership that led to the proud accomplishments of the university!

𝗔 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗯𝗼𝗻, 𝗔 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 💚🎗

In honor of National Mental Health Month, the Psychology Students Organization proudly shared awareness ribbons as gentle reminders of hope, healing, and solidarity.

Each ribbon represents more than just a piece of fabric — it stands for compassion, understanding, and the courage to talk about mental health openly. Through this simple act, we aim to build a community that values empathy and reminds everyone that it’s okay to reach out, to take a break, and to ask for help.

Mental health matters, and every small effort counts. By wearing these ribbons, we take a stand — to break the stigma, to listen without judgment, and to support one another through every step of our journey.

Together, let’s continue to nurture spaces of kindness and awareness, where conversations about mental well-being can bloom freely. 🌼✨
