Empowering young minds to discover who they are and who they aspire to become ✨
From February 18-26, 2026, Junior High School students participated in CHAMP (Career Honing to Achieve Meaningful Profession) 2026, a series of Career Homeroom sessions designed to guide them through every stage of their career journey—from understanding their interests and abilities, to exploring different professions, making informed decisions, and preparing for their future paths in Senior High School.
One of the highlights of the program was the Grade 10 students’ career suits, where they proudly dressed as the professions they dream of pursuing—turning their aspirations into something seen, shared, and celebrated!
Through CHAMP 2026, students were encouraged to reflect, explore, and take meaningful steps toward a future shaped by purpose and passion 💫

The event featured Dr. Glenda Pichay-Rabino, MD, FPOGS, an obstetrician-gynecologist and President of the Ilocos Sur Medical Society, as the guest lecturer. Pause. Breathe. Reset. 🧠💙
Last January 21, 2026, the College of Business Administration students gathered at St. Arnold Janssen Auditorium for “Pause. Breathe. Reset: A Mental Health and Self-Care Wellness Seminar.”
The seminar served as a reminder for students to slow down, check in with themselves, and recognize the importance of caring for their mental well-being as they navigate academic life.
We extend our sincere thanks to our resource speaker, Gabrielle Chynna A. Vale, RPM, CHRA, for sharing valuable insights and practical ways to manage stress, practice self-care, and maintain balance.
Thank you as well to everyone who participated and helped create a space for open conversation about mental health and wellness. 💙
