Three programs. Different journeys. Proud CPAd Family.

Today, we celebrate the graduates of the Doctor of Public Administration, Master of Public Administration, and Bachelor of Public Administration — Batch 2026.

Each diploma tells a story of sacrifice, perseverance, hard work, and quiet victories. Some well-rounded studies on careers, public service, and family life. Future leaders and public servants grew from aspiring students ready to make a difference.

As you move forward, may you continue to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and carry the values of CPAd wherever you go.

Congratulations, Batch 2026! The CPAd Family is proud of you — always. ❤️💚💙💛❤️

The commendation was received by the PASS officers, together with their adviser Dr. Abelardo A. Anicas, and Dr. Cid A. Javier, Officer-in-Charge Dean of the College of Public Administration.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the honorable members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Sur, led by Hon. Ryan Luis V. Singson, Vice Governor of Ilocos Sur, for recognizing the accomplishments of our student leaders and delegates.
