The 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧 solemnly opened the 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 at the 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 today, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟎𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 , led by 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨, 𝐒𝐕𝐃, together with the 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬. The celebration brought together students, faculty, and administrators in prayer and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Through the recitation of the Holy Rosary and the message of faith shared during the event, the DWCV community was reminded of the importance of unity, reflection, and Marian devotion as they entrusted the new month to the guidance and intercession of Our Lady.

A historic milestone was celebrated today at Divine Word College of Vigan (AUDITORIUM) with the launch of Virtual Reality (VR) technology and Augmented Reality Robotic tools as new learning resources—marking our commitment to future-ready education.

We were honored by the presence of our City Mayor of Vigan, Honorable Randolph “Randy” Singson, whose support showed strong commitment to innovation and youth development.

Our School President, Rev. Fr. Edsel R. Demillo, SVD, PhD-EM, PhD-Mgnt, highlighted technology as a key to enhancing learning and building well-rounded individuals.

The event was also blessed by our Rev. Fr. Romeo S. Fajardo, SVD, making the celebration even more meaningful.

Our Principal, Mrs. Merilyn R. Pre, MAEd, shared her vision of immersive and inspiring classrooms powered by VR and Robotics.

Our Prefect of Discipline, SPM Jay F. Andia, MAEd, joined in support of this significant step for our school community.
