Enrollment Schedule for Graduate School - Master in Business Administration for the Second Trimester S.Y. 2025-2026 is officially scheduled from September 8 - 19, 2025

Requirements For New Students (Freshmen) & Transferee Students
PSA Birth Certificate (Xerox)
Marriage Certificate (Xerox) - if Married
Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Grades and Good Moral

For On-Site Enrollment the following procedures are to be followed:
Step 1: Go to the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR to update & obtain an evaluation form.
Step 2: Proceed to the DEAN for subject coding and assessment printing.
Step 3: Go to the FINANCE OFFICE to pay your tuition fees
Step 4: Proceed to the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR to submit certificate of enrollment.

• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if Married)

Admission Requirements for Transferee Student

ATTENTION to all College students. Process the removal of your "INC" mark for the Short Term Classes S.Y. 2023-2024 on or before July 18, 2025. Failure to do so means the student has to enroll/repeat the subject over again.
Procedure:
1. Secure a COMPLETION FORM at the Registrar's Office.
2. Pay at the Finance Office.
3. Submit the requirements to the concerned instructors, who will eventually reflect grade/rating in the Form.
4. Secure approval of your Dean/Department Head.
5. Submit the Completion Form at the Registrar's Office.
