on his appointment as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, National Youth Commission of the Republic of the Philippines
From the hallowed halls of UNP, where he honed his legal acumen, led with distinction, and carried the torch of excellence, Atty. Carl has risen to one of the most consequential posts in youth governance in our nation.
A Juris Doctor of the Class of 2019, he did not merely pass through this institution. He left his mark as Centralized Bar Operations Chairperson, Chief Adjudicator of the University Student Government Judiciary, and a proud recipient of the UNP College of Law Leadership Award. These were not merely titles. They were the crucible in which a true public servant was forged.
His journey from grassroots public service, through LGU Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, to the DAR Adjudication Board, to the Anti-Red Tape Authority, where he championed transparency, due process, and the rule of law, reflects the very values this College endeavors to instill in every graduate who walks through its doors.
Today, as Executive Director and COO of the National Youth Commission, Atty. Carl does not stand alone. He carries with him the legacy of every professor who challenged him, every colleague who believed in him, and every lesson learned within these walls.
