A monumental round of applause for James Raphael Arnillo and his group for winning First Place in the Sayawitan Contest during the National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute 2025 in Vigan, Ilocos Sur!

The Future Leaders of the Philippines successfully concluded its two day seminar, “Leadership and Parliamentary Procedure: From Orderly Meetings to Meaningful Resolutions,” at the CAVEA Hall, NISU Ajuy Campus, on Friday, October 24. The event was filled with learning, energy, and the spirit of true leadership.

One of the most exciting highlights was the Parliamentary Procedure Contest 2025, where student leaders showcased their skills in debate, decision making, and organized discussions. Each motion carried, each point raised, and each gavel struck reflected their teamwork, confidence, and discipline.

Emerging as Parliamentary Procedure Champions 2025 were:

🏆 Nexus of Scientific Minds

These young leaders proved that leadership is not only about taking charge but also about listening, understanding, and turning ideas into meaningful resolutions.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗨𝗡𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗥𝗛𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗠 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗗𝗬

The spark was majestic. Each note carried stories that are magical and stirring. The tones were imperfect yet captivating. The path to where it should be has been set. Though hearts were sorrounded with doubts and fears, they have conquered the challenge with grace and ease, leaving the every witness in awe.
