The activity was carried out upon the formal request of Fr. Gerald Berme, ICST Human Formation Director, and Very Reverend Andres Nuesca, Jr., ICST Rector, who sought UNP's continued assistance in the integral development of its seminarians. Citing the Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis Sacerdotalis and the Ratio Fundamentalis Sacerdotalis Nationalis, the request underscored human formation as essential in preparing seminarians for the responsibilities of ordained ministry. Leading the UNP delegation were Dr. Marifel Acena, Head of Student Welfare Services, who served as coordinator and facilitator; Ms. Monique R. Tubera, Assistant Head of Services for Students with Special Needs and Persons with Disability Services, who served as learning resource provider; Mr. Froilan Unciano, Assistant Head of Social Community Involvement and Multi-Faith Services; and Dr. Precious Lyn Babida, Assistant Head for Admission Services, who assisted in facilitating the activity. They were joined by other OSAS personnel, namely Kathlene de Castro, Ariza Quiocho, Charlene Calbero, Anne Kleire Rafanan, and Justinne Froi Batalang, along with private citizens Adriane Andongo, Marie Cris Mendoza, and Daisy Grantoza, who extended their support to the day's activities.
Through experiential exercises geared toward camaraderie, trust, and collaboration, the activity complemented ICST's human formation program. It reaffirms UNPโs commitment to sustaining its partnership with ICST and walking alongside seminarians in their journey toward wholehearted service and mission.
