Let us listen with compassion, check in with those around us, and create spaces where people feel safe to express what they are going through.

Every person carries a story that we may not always see. Through understanding and compassion, we can help create a community where no one feels unheard or unseen. Let us be attentive to one another, reach out when someone may need support, and encourage conversations that promote mental health and well-being.

THE UNP CAS FAMILY CELEBRATES YOUR SUCCESS!

The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) family of the University of Northern Philippines (UNP) proudly celebrates and congratulates our Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling (MAGC) graduates for their remarkable performance in the August 2026 Guidance Counselors Licensure Examination (GCLE)!

Administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) through a fully computer-based mode, the GCLE was conducted on August 17 and 23, 2026, across ten testing cities nationwide. The second and final day of the examination, originally scheduled on August 18, was moved to August 23 due to the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA.

Of the 930 examinees nationwide, 614 successfully passed, yielding a national passing rate of 66.02%.

Rising above the national performance, our UNP CAS-MAGC first-time examinees achieved an impressive 75% institutional passing rate, with six out of eight examinees successfully passing the examination, a remarkable achievement that speaks volumes about their preparation, determination, and competence!
