‎The College of Teacher Education (CTE) Pinning Ceremony and Send Off Party is currently underway, marking a significant milestone for our aspiring educators from the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED), Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED), and Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTED).

‎As they receive their internship pins, they officially begin a new chapter of their journey toward becoming competent, compassionate, and committed professional teachers.

‎𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | ISPSC Cervantes Campus Holds Semestral Orientation cm Employee-Families Partnership Meeting and MAO Officers Election 2026
‎
‎The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) – Cervantes Campus successfully commenced the new semester through the Semestral Orientation cm Employee-Families Partnership (EFP) Meeting and Mandated and Accredited Organizations (MAO) Officers Election 2026, held today. Jointly spearheaded by the Supreme Student Council (SSC) – Cervantes Campus and the Campus Administrative Office, the activity gathered employees, students and their families for a day of orientation, engagement, and participatory governance.

‎The morning session featured the Semestral Orientation, where students were introduced to essential institutional policies, academic procedures, and student support services. Staff from the Student Affairs and Guidance Services, Registrar's Office, Library, Medical and Dental Services, Scholarship Office, and other key campus offices provided important updates to help students prepare for the semester. An inspirational message from Mr. Mark B. Logang-a, the March 2026 LET Topnotcher and discussions on student discipline further emphasized the College's commitment to academic excellence, responsible citizenship, and holistic student development.

‎Following the orientation, the program transitioned into the Employee-Families Partnership (EFP) Meeting and Supreme Student Council (SSC) Hour, conducted simultaneously in designated venues. The SSC Hour included the presentation of the Council's accomplishments and financial report, fostering transparency and strengthening student engagement. Meanwhile, the EFP Meeting served as a venue for meaningful dialogue among employees and parents, reinforcing the shared commitment to a supportive and collaborative campus community.

‎The afternoon session featured the Mandated and Accredited Organizations (MAO) Officers Election 2026, where students exercised their right to elect the next set of organization leaders for the academic year. The day's activities concluded with the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected mandated, accredited, and classroom officers, marking the beginning of a new chapter of student leadership dedicated to service, accountability, and excellence at ISPSC – Cervantes Campus.

The Semestral Orientation cm Employee-Families Partnership (EFP) is currently underway, convening college officials, employees, students and their parents for an important gathering that marks the opening of the semester.

The assembly serves as a venue for the dissemination of institutional updates, presentation of programs and initiatives, and strengthening of the partnership between the College and Parents. Through this activity, the institution reaffirms its commitment to fostering collaboration, unity, and shared responsibility in achieving its goals for the semester.

‎𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | ISPSC Cervantes Campus Successfully Concludes 3-day Promotional Motorcade with Final Route to Quirino, Ilocos Sur

‎Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Cervantes Campus officially concluded its three-day Promotional Motorcade with its final caravan route to Quirino, Ilocos Sur on May 22, 2026, marking the culmination of the motorcade campaign that brought the campus’ academic programs and achievements closer to neighboring upland communities.
‎
‎The promotional caravan began on May 20 with routes across Mankayan and parts of Abatan, Buguias in Benguet, followed by its second-day outreach in Tadian, Mountain Province on May 21. Throughout the three-day activity, faculty members, staff, students, graduates, and successful LEPT passers traveled across municipalities to promote the campus’ Teacher Education, Information Technology, and Criminology programs to senior high school students and aspiring future professionals.

‎Beyond promoting academic offerings, the caravan also became a moving celebration of ISPSC Cervantes Campus’ outstanding accomplishments in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), highlighted by the achievement of its first-ever Top 8 nationwide passer, Mr. Mark Budca-eng Logang-a, alongside the campus’ exceptional performance in teacher education licensure examinations.

‎Strengthening its commitment to accessible and excellence-driven education, Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Cervantes Campus continued its second day of promotional activities as the motorcade reached the municipality of Tadian, Mountain Province on May 21, 2026.
‎
‎The initiative aimed to connect with senior high school students and local communities by presenting the campus’ academic offerings, particularly in Teacher Education, Information Technology, and Criminology. Through the outreach activity, aspiring students were encouraged to pursue higher education and build meaningful careers through quality instruction and holistic learning opportunities at ISPSC Cervantes Campus.

‎Adding inspiration to the event was the participation of the campus’ successful Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) passers, led by March 2026 Top 8 nationwide passer Mr. Mark Budca-eng Logang-a. Their presence symbolized the institution’s continuing pursuit of academic distinction and served as motivation for future educators and professionals from neighboring upland communities.

The spirit of pride and celebration continues as faculty members, staff, students and alumni of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Cervantes Campus are currently traversing the Cervantes–Tadian route for the second day of the Promotional Motorcade, May 21, 2026.

The activity aims to bring the campus closer to upland communities by promoting its Teacher Education Programs and encouraging aspiring educators to pursue quality and accessible higher education at ISPSC Cervantes Campus.

Today’s motorcade also continues the celebration of the campus’ historic accomplishments in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), including the achievement of its first-ever topnotcher, Top 8 passer Mark Logang-a, and the outstanding 100% passing rates in three teacher education programs.

‎With banners waving and engines roaring through the mountain roads of Benguet, Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Cervantes Campus successfully carried out the first leg of its promotional motorcade in the municipalities of Mankayan and portions of Abatan, Buguias on May 20, 2026.

‎The motorcade served as an outreach activity where staff introduced the campus’ Teacher Education Programs to senior high school learners and local communities, opening doors for aspiring educators to explore accessible and quality higher education opportunities offered by ISPSC Cervantes Campus.

‎The motorcade likewise became a moving tribute to the campus’ remarkable achievements in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), highlighted by the recognition of its first-ever LEPT topnotcher, Top 8 passer Mark B. The ISPSC-Cervantes Campus community is currently traversing the routes of Mankayan and Abatan as part of today’s celebratory promotional motorcade in honor of the campus’ historic achievement in the March 2026 LEPT.

With pride and gratitude, the convoy carries the spirit of excellence after producing the campus’ first-ever topnotcher and attaining 100% passing rates in three teacher education programs.

‎𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | ISPSC Cervantes makes history, produces first-ever LEPT topnotcher
‎
‎Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC)–Cervantes Campus etched its name in history after producing its first-ever board examination topnotcher, as a graduate secured a place among the country’s highest-ranking passers in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) results released by the Professional Regulation Commission on May 12.

‎Mark Budca-eng Logang-a, a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Science graduate, ranked Top 8 nationwide in the secondary level examinations after obtaining an outstanding 93.60 percent rating.
‎
‎The achievement marks a breakthrough for the campus, making Logang-a the lone topnotcher among all seven ISPSC campuses and the only topnotcher from the Province of Ilocos Sur in the March 2026 LET.
‎
‎Alongside the historic national ranking, the campus also posted impressive first-time taker passing rates across its teacher education programs.

The Bachelor of Secondary Education program achieved a perfect 100 percent passing rate. Similarly, the Bachelor of Elementary Education program sustained its flawless performance with another 100 percent passing rate. The Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education program likewise recorded a perfect passing rate, with all nine examinees successfully earning their professional licenses. Meanwhile, the Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education program posted an impressive 90 percent passing rate after four out of five examinees passed the licensure examination.

‎The results reflect the continued commitment of ISPSC Cervantes Campus to academic excellence and quality teacher education, further strengthening its reputation in producing competent and high-performing future educators.
