Equally inspiring, the 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐃) first-time takers earned a commendable 𝟕𝟎.𝟎𝟎% passing rate, higher than the national passing rate of 𝟓𝟔.𝟎𝟑%.
