Corporation (CCC) proudly launches its Scholarship Program for SY 2026–2027,
once again opening doors of opportunity for deserving and indigent students. This
initiative aims to empower future leaders and help build sustainable communities.

Applicants must:

1. Be a bona fide resident of the host or neighboring barangays:

Host Barangays:
Don Andres Soriano | Poog | B**a | Campo 8 | Media Once | Bagakay | Loay | General
Climaco | Cantabaco | Daanlungsod

Neighboring Barangays:
Subayon | Magdugo/Don Juan Climaco Sr. | Landahan | Bulongan | Pangamihan | Bunga | Sam-ang |
Cambang-ug

2. Be an incoming 1st-year college student (also open to those who have
completed one (1) or two (2) years of college);

3. Have a general average of at least 90% upon application;

4. Be single and not more than 25 years old;

5. Be in good health;

6. Be of good moral character

✅️ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must submit the following:
1. Application letter addressed to Mr. Yulo E. Perez, COO of CCC. Application letter must bear the applicant’s signature.

2. Certified true copy of Report Card (Form 138) (for incoming college students) or Official Copy of 1st Semester Grade Slip (for those with college units)

3. Certificate of Good Moral Character

4. Barangay Residency Certification

5. Barangay Indigency Certification

6. Parents’ Income Tax Return (ITR) -if employed

7. Any proof of income (e.g., payslip, employment contract, certificate of employment,
etc.)

Optional (if applicable):
* BIR Tax Exemption Certificate (for unemployed/low-income parents)
* Entrance Examination Result (if available during application period)

• Mining-Related Courses (BS Mining Engineering, BS Geology, etc.)
• Engineering & Technological Courses (BSEE, BSME, BSCE, BSIT, etc.)
• Education Courses (BEED, BSED, etc.)

Note:
• Other courses offered in state universities are still acceptable.
• Courses in private institutions are subject to evaluation.
• Medical and Marine courses are not priority programs.

As a quick guide in completing the online application, please take note of the following:

1. Ensure that you have followed the correct order of the application process. Please duly submit first your basic requirements to your Barangay (Barangay Office).
2. Get the name of the Barangay Staff who received your documents.
3. Secure duplicate of your documents to be uploaded online.
4. Knowledgeable of your parent/s’ employment or work background.
5. Prepare pictures of your house. You will be asked to upload at least three pictures- front view, back view,and inside your house.
6. Give accurate details of all information asked.
