CTU GRADUATING STUDENTS BE LIKE:

To maintain order and efficiency during the Graduation Pictorials, all students are expected to observe the established guidelines. Kindly review the reminders below for your guidance.

💵 Payment Terms
• Cash basis only
• 50% down payment during photoshoot
• Full payment upon distribution
• Payments are non‑refundable

📌 Heads‑Up & Reminders
For FEMALE Students:
• Do not use hair conditioner on the day of the pictorial.
• If coloring or rebonding your hair, ensure it is done 3–4 days before the pictorial.
• Inform the RMS make‑up artists if your hair has been rebonded or treated.
• Nail extensions are optional, as nails will not be visible in the photos.
• Eyelash extensions should be done 3–4 days before the pictorial to avoid irritation.
• If you are using rejuvenating skincare sets, inform the make‑up artist for proper handling.
• You may use your own lipstick if preferred.
• Wearing contact lenses is allowed, provided they complement the make‑up.

For MALE Students:
• Have a haircut 2–3 days prior to the photoshoot to maintain a neat look.
• Avoid using hair gel on the day of the pictorial to ensure proper styling.

🎨 Standards & Editing
• Shooting Standards: All pictorials will follow standard poses, angles, make‑up, and cropping to ensure uniformity.
• Reshooting Policy: A reshoot may be requested if the student is unsatisfied with the result, provided that hair and make‑up are still intact, the reshoot is done on the same day, and the student remains at the venue. A valid reason must be provided so RMS can offer appropriate solutions.
• Editing Inclusions: Standard editing will cover cropping, lighting adjustments, skin whitening, and blemish removal.
• Optional Requests: Students may also request additional edits such as face slimming, smile enhancement, or eye adjustments.

📌 Terms & Conditions
• Soft copies of the photos will be sent to each student’s registered email address.
• Students are required to arrive on time and strictly follow their assigned schedule.
• Various pictorial packages are available for selection.
• For any concerns or clarifications, students should directly contact the Graduating Council.

• Strictly no foot mop, no entry

To ensure a smooth and orderly flow during the pictorials, all graduating students are advised to follow the step‑by‑step process upon arriving at the venue. These procedures include registration, preparation, and the pictorial sequence, and are designed to maintain efficiency and proper coordination throughout the activity. Please review the steps carefully and be guided accordingly.

We are pleased to release the final schedule of the Graduation Pictorials for all graduating students. This updated schedule reflects adjustments made to accommodate valid requests from those who were unable to attend on their previously assigned dates.

The pictorials will run from March 2 to March 15, 2026, with each student assigned a specific time slot on their scheduled day. Please be reminded that pictorials will be conducted on a first‑come, first‑served basis during your designated schedule.

Attached herewith is the official memorandum regarding the upcoming Graduation Pictorials. This letter may be used as reference for your Company, Employer, or Institution to formally excuse you from your OJT, internship, or practicum duties during your scheduled pictorial date.

We encourage all students to present this memo to their respective supervisors to ensure proper coordination and smooth participation in this milestone activity. Let us continue to uphold order, cooperation, and dignity as we prepare for this special occasion.

⏰ Time: Daily operations from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

To maintain cleanliness and order in the venue, all individuals entering the IE Hall (students, family members, and guests) are required to wear a foot mop. No foot mop, no entry.

The orientation will be hosted by Red Media.

📌 Please take note:
Since the Google Meet link has limited capacity, CLASSROOM OFFICERS will be prioritized and admitted first.
