To maintain order and efficiency during the Graduation Pictorials, all students are expected to observe the established guidelines. Kindly review the reminders below for your guidance.
đź’µ Payment Terms
• Cash basis only
• 50% down payment during photoshoot
• Full payment upon distribution
• Payments are non‑refundable
📌 Heads‑Up & Reminders
For FEMALE Students:
• Do not use hair conditioner on the day of the pictorial.
• If coloring or rebonding your hair, ensure it is done 3–4 days before the pictorial.
• Inform the RMS make‑up artists if your hair has been rebonded or treated.
• Nail extensions are optional, as nails will not be visible in the photos.
• Eyelash extensions should be done 3–4 days before the pictorial to avoid irritation.
• If you are using rejuvenating skincare sets, inform the make‑up artist for proper handling.
• You may use your own lipstick if preferred.
• Wearing contact lenses is allowed, provided they complement the make‑up.
For MALE Students:
• Have a haircut 2–3 days prior to the photoshoot to maintain a neat look.
• Avoid using hair gel on the day of the pictorial to ensure proper styling.
🎨 Standards & Editing
• Shooting Standards: All pictorials will follow standard poses, angles, make‑up, and cropping to ensure uniformity.
• Reshooting Policy: A reshoot may be requested if the student is unsatisfied with the result, provided that hair and make‑up are still intact, the reshoot is done on the same day, and the student remains at the venue. A valid reason must be provided so RMS can offer appropriate solutions.
• Editing Inclusions: Standard editing will cover cropping, lighting adjustments, skin whitening, and blemish removal.
• Optional Requests: Students may also request additional edits such as face slimming, smile enhancement, or eye adjustments.

• Soft copies of the photos will be sent to each student’s registered email address.
• Students are required to arrive on time and strictly follow their assigned schedule.
• Various pictorial packages are available for selection.
• For any concerns or clarifications, students should directly contact the Graduating Council.
