DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects at UP Cebu, including Lahug Campus and UP Professional Schools at South Road Properties.
2. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with approved plans and timelines.
3. Oversee project implementation and prepare progress and accomplishment reports.
4. Provide regular project updates to the Chancellor through the Head Architect and the Vice Chancellor for Administration.
5. Coordinate with offices, contractors, and stakeholders for efficient project ex*****on.
6. Attend relevant meetings, seminars, and workshops as required.
7. Assume professional responsibility for all documents, including signing and sealing in compliance with DAED and applicable regulations.
