USJ-R Alumni Association, Inc. Conducts Leadership Transition and Governance Onboarding 2026

The USJ-R Alumni Association, Inc. (USJ-R AAI) formally welcomed its newly elected officers and Board of Trustees through its Leadership Transition and Governance Onboarding 2026, marking a significant milestone in the continuing journey of leadership and service to the Josenian alumni community.

The Oath-Taking Ceremony was officiated by the University President Rev. Fr. Eduardo S. Celiz, Jr., OAR, while the Turnover Ceremony was presided over by Atty. Jonathan P. Capanas, CPA. These ceremonies symbolized the seamless continuity of leadership and the shared commitment to advancing the mission and vision of the Association.

Bilang pagsalubong sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, nagtitipon ang Josenian Community upang kilalanin at ipagdiwang ang kahalagahan ng ating pambansang wika.

Tuwing buwan ng Agosto, ipinagdiriwang sa Pilipinas ang Buwan ng Wika o Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa. Isa itong buwang pagdiriwang na naglalayong itaguyod ang kahalagahan ng wikang Filipino bilang pambansang wika at ipakita sa buong mundo ang pagmamalaki ng mga Pilipino sa kanilang sariling wika.

In observance of this Special Non-Working Holiday, classes and office operations at the University of San Jose–Recoletos are suspended.

This annual celebration honors Cebu's significant role in the nation's political and administrative development and serves as the province's official Charter Day.
