The 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 announces the observance of 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 on March 9, 2026. During this day, all forms of campaigning from both parties will temporarily pause.

This period is intended to give every voter time to reflect on the candidates, their platforms, and the campaign activities that have taken place. With no campaign promotions for 48 hours, students are encouraged to thoughtfully consider their choices before voting.

Let us take this opportunity to decide wisely and prepare to elect leaders on March 11, 2026, who will faithfully serve and represent the Junior High School community.

• Grade 9 students are eligible to run for positions in the Student Body.
• Grade 8 students may also run—but only for the position of Grade 9 Representative.

✨ You may create your own partylist with classmates and friends who share your vision and goals for the school.
✨ If you are interested in running for a position but do not yet have a partylist, no worries! Kindly approach us at the 10-Cooperation section, and we will gladly assist and guide you through the process.

RULES & REGULATIONS

GENERAL
This competition is conducted in accordance with the rules set by the Supreme Student Government of Cebu Institute of Technology – University.

ELIGIBILITY OF PLAYERS
• All players must be enrolled at Cebu Institute of Technology – University
• Each team must have the following composition:
– 3 Grade 10 players (Backup/Reserve Player)
– 1 Grade 9 player
– 1 Grade 8 player
– 1 Grade 7 player

REGISTRATION
• Tournament will be held onsite
• Team event
• Each team can register 6 players (5 players + 1 reserve player)
• Team members must be from the same campus

MATCH REGULATION
• All equipment and use of internet data is the responsibility of the participants / teams
• Each team must check in 30 minutes earlier from their schedule
• Team captain must accept the tournament schedule and ensure all players are available
• Spectators/manager/coach are not allowed. Only Admin, Official Caster, and Players are allowed
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any team or replace players
• Trash talk, inappropriate IGN, and name changes after checking are strictly prohibited
• Group stage to semi-finals: Double Elimination
• Finals: Best of 3
• Custom Mode / Draft Pick (5v5) with 3 hero bans

MATCH START & END
• Team leaders will invite opposing squads
• Winning team must screenshot match results for verification
• Results will be recorded by the Marshall in charge

⚙️ MATCH REGULATION

• Each team must check in 30 minutes earlier from their schedule.
• Team captain must accept the tournament schedule and be sure all player is available during tournament progress.
• Spectators/manager/coach are not allowed on this tournament. Only Admin, Official Caster and Players are allowed in the game.
• The organizer reserves the rights to disqualify any teams or enforce a replacement of player(s) in a team.
• The organizers are not liable for any losses, injuries or damages over the course of the tournament.
• Words or signals of trash talk are not permitted; violations result in immediate disqualification.
• Inappropriate IN GAME NAMES are strictly prohibited.
• Changing names after every player has been checked is prohibited.
• Player/s can request a device check if suspicions are valid.
• Each participant must use the registered ID and IGN only. IGN exchange is allowed only during the team manager briefing.
• Grouping until semi-finals will follow Double Elimination, while finals will be Best of 3.

• Match Up game under Custom Mode at the arranged time.
• Squad leaders invite the opposing squad leader and members.
• Ensure all player and account IDs are correct.
⏹️ MATCH END
• Winning team must screenshot the match result for verification.
• Teams are given 5 minutes rest after each match.
• Results will be recorded by the assigned Marshall.
