ATTENTION TO ALL GRADUATING COLLEGE STUDENTS 🎓😁
(including those who will graduate on May and December this year), we your CRASS family would like to invite you to a simple dinner tomorrow Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Study Area at 7:00 p.m. Allow us to thank you for the wonderful years you've spent at the dormitory and to give you one more memorable night that you can cherish someday.
There will also be a Holy Mass mass prior to the dinner, specifically at 6:00 p.m. in between Bldg 1 and Bldg 2 grounds. Our spirits need sustenance too! See you.

MARIO KART 8 DELUXE Tournament
Prizes:
1st Place: 500
2nd Place: 300
3rd Place: 200
*Note: CRASS officers and organizers may be allowed to participate, but is only entitled to 10% of the prize if they win. The rest of the winnings will be given to the next, non-officer winners.
Time and Venue:
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or until the tournament ends)

Registration:
No entry fee
Walk-in registration begins at 3pm
Up to 16 participants only
First come first served
Tournament is open to all Carolinians.

Game Settings:
4-player Multiplayer Grand Prix 150 cc
All 12 cups eligible for random selection
All characters can be chosen by player
All vehicle parts can be chosen by player
Smart Steering can be turned on/off*
Tilt can be turned on/off*
Auto-accelerate can be turned on/off*
Tournament Rules:
The tournament officially starts at 4:00 p.m
Any normal gameplay is allowed, including shortcuts
Use of exploits and glitches is prohibited
Controllers will be provided, but you may also bring your own controllers
Switching of characters/vehicle parts is allowed between cups
Mechanics:
Each player will play in all tracks in a cup, for a total of three cups
Cups are selected at random
In each cup, four players will be randomly chosen to be pitted against each other (plus the eight CPU opponents)
Points of each player from all three cups he/she has played will be added
The player with the highest number of points wins the tournament
If there is a tie, the winning players will divide the prizes among themselves
*These settings are made available to help new players and to level the playing field. Remember, this tournament is just for fun. Winning is just icing on the cake. Good luck! :)

*One on one matches
*Single elimination for non-championship matches, best of three rounds for championship match
*Players select their characters every round. Players may select the same or a different character per round.
*Stages are chosen at random, unless both players agree on certain stages
*Players may bring their own Nintendo Switch supported controllers. Otherwise, Joy-Con controllers will be provided.

We introduce the Calamity Preparedness Drive (CPD)
A Donation Drive where donations are collected from Dorm Residents in advance to prepare for tragic events in the future where people will need donations.
For this month of February we're currently collecting/accepting Hygiene Essentials and Emergency Kits(flashlights, extra batteries, medicine and first aid medical items).
Drop off your share outside CRASS Conference Room.
