Pursuant to the recent appointments made by the USC SSC Commission on Appointments, the following are the members of the bench of the USC SSCT for the academic year 2025-2026:

The current USC SSCT bench affirms its commitment to uphold accountability and effectively resolve disputes within the student body. In faithfully exercising its constitutionally-mandated jurisdiction over governance issues, electoral matters, and disciplinary concerns, it strives to ensure justice, fairness, order, and full adherence to the 2001 USC SSC Constitution.

On July 11, 2025, the USC Student Supreme Court passed a resolution approving the 2025 Rules of the Carolinian Student Supreme Court pursuant to Section 8, Article IX, of the 2001 USC SSC Constitution.
The Rules are expected to take effect on August 1, 2025, or fifteen days after its publication, whichever comes later, in the platforms of the USC Supreme Student Council and Today's Carolinian.
