Job Summary:

* Inbound calls and answering to emails
* Answering product and service questions
* Records and updates client / account information
* Clarifying and determining and solving client complaints / problem.

Qualifications:

* Candidates should have at least 1-4 years of experience in their fields of expertise.
* A detailed resume with character references;
* The right candidate should also have an extensive knowledge in MS Office applications, fluent in German and English both verbal and written communication skills, and has focus and sense of urgency on tasks assigned.

Available working schedules:

* Five (5) straight days a week

* Willing to work and be assigned on a graveyard, weekend, and holiday schedule.

* Possible Shift assignment 4pm to 1am PH time

* location assignment will at Northgate Centre, Banilad, Cebu City

Protect yourself and others from getting sick and Stay healthy while travelling

WHO’s standard recommendations for the general public to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses are as follows, which include hand and respiratory hygiene, and safe food practices:

> Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water;
> When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw tissue away immediately and wash hands;
> Avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough;
> If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early and share previous travel history with your health care provider;
> When visiting live markets in areas currently experiencing cases of novel coronavirus, avoid direct unprotected contact with live animals and surfaces in contact with animals;
> The consumption of raw or undercooked animal products should be avoided. Raw meat, milk or animal organs should be handled with care, to avoid cross-contamination with uncooked foods, as per good food safety practices.

It’s both hard and easy to get a job in this economy. Many have settled on jobs that don’t match their college courses. Many have pursued their passions and some are still on a crossroads.
