𝘐𝘯 𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘺 𝘞𝘦𝘦𝘬, a 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐟-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 schedule will be implemented on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲).

Work will be 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 on said day to provide employees adequate time to prepare for and commemorate the upcoming religious holidays.

Students are advised to visit or complete any transactions before 12:00 NN to avoid inconvenience.

We would like to inform everyone that 𝐈𝐃 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is now open to all programs starting 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 until 𝘈𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘭 30, 2026.

All students are encouraged to have their IDs validated within the given schedule to ensure uninterrupted access to campus facilities and services.

Please make sure to bring your 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐈𝐃 and current 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝.

📢 HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Proclamation No. 1189 dated March 12, 2026 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, March 20, 2026 (Friday) is declared a Regular Holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan).

In line with this declaration, there will be NO WORK and NO CLASSES on the said date.

Please be guided accordingly.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT
To All UC-Main Students

To ensure campus safety, proper identification, and efficient monitoring of all students within the university premises, all UC-Main students are required to have their Identification Cards (IDs) validated for the 2nd Semester, SY 2025–2026.

The validation of student IDs is part of the university's strict implementation of security and access control measures. A valid ID allows the University to properly identify enrolled students, maintain campus security, and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed inside the campus. This process also supports the university policy “No ID, No Entry.”

In this regard, all students are hereby directed to process the validation of their IDs at the EDP Center, located on the Ground Floor beside the UC Quadrangle.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📢 Attention UC Jones Students: Access Update!

To ensure a smooth and secure experience when entering the premises, all students are now required to register their Student IDs.

Once registered, your ID will serve as your digital key for the campus turnstiles and entry points.

🛠️ How to Register

1. Visit the Registration Hub: Head over to the Electronic Data Processing Office (EDP) in the main building.

2. Bring Your ID: Ensure you have your physical Student ID card with you. It must be in good condition (no cracks or heavy scratches on the chip/barcode).

3. Bring Your Studyload to verify your active enrollment status.

4. Verification: A staff member will verify and scan your card and link it to your active enrollment status.

5. Test Your Access: Tap your card at the UC Jones gate to ensure everything is working perfectly!
