Enrollment for continuing students for the 2nd Trimester of 2026 is now officially open for both Special Programs and Graduate School programs. All qualified continuing students are encouraged to proceed with their enrollment for this semester.

Please take note of the office schedule for enrollment transactions:

Monday to Thursday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday — 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM only

Please be reminded that the last day of enrollment will be on May 23, 2026.

Students are respectfully reminded to settle and fully pay any outstanding balances prior to the processing of enrollment to avoid delays and ensure a smooth transaction. Likewise, please prepare all necessary requirements and coordinate with the assigned office for proper guidance and assistance.

To avoid inconvenience and last-minute concerns, everyone is encouraged to process their enrollment as early as possible.

Attention to all our dear Clients!

The Scholarship Office will adopt a temporary new work scheme, implementing a Four-Day Work Schedule pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114.

Under this arrangement, office operations will be conducted from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, effective March 10, 2026.

📢 NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Starting March 10, 2026, the COED–Graduate Teacher Education Guidance Office will implement a four-day onsite work schedule (Mon–Thurs, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM).

📅 Non-working days: Friday–Sunday
📌 Note: During enrollment, the office will be open on Saturdays (8:00 AM–3:00 PM) to assist student-applicants.
