Today marks the 151st birthday of Dr. Maria Montessori, We say, thank you to her for the greatest gift she shared to all of us, the principles of the Montessori System of Education. We close this month and we begin another with the celebration of Montessori Days in the USC Montessori Academy community.
The theme for this year's event is Breaking Barriers: Bridging Gaps for Peace The Montessori Way. And as we continue this celebration, we also share with wisdom and joy how best we can improve the relationship between our minds and hearts to be a better student and a better person.
Let us take a look back at her remarkable life's journey that has inspired many lives with her greatest gift, her legacy in Education... the gift that keeps on giving.
