With the recent rains and flooding, the risk of leptospirosis is on the rise- and it's more dangerous than you think.🦠👣

Leptospirosis is a serious bacterial infection commonly spread through flood waters contaminated with animal urine 🐀. It can cause :

🟣muscle pain
🟣liver and kidney problems

And in severe cases , even death ⚰️☠️.
