You’re going to experience significantly more trauma than necessary if you don’t learn how to regulate your thoughts, emotions, and feelings.

Meaning, submit to a process that untangles lies,
distortions, and misconceptions even if created by your own mind.

There are many people suffering immensely for no other reason than their mind is untrained and plays cruel tricks on their nervous system due to being unregulated.

You must regulate your internal world. Renovate your consciousness, and make it a comfortable and nurturing place to live.

The reason you are drawn to certain charismatic people and find them irresistible, is because their consciousness is well regulated, secured, and comfortable.

You can almost taste the nurturing ingredients of what they feed themselves, and when in their presence you feel healed and secured.

You have the same power to renovate your consciousness in the same fashion.

The reason you are repelled by certain people is because their nervous system is unregulated, and if you too have a weak system, you unknowingly share in on their experience of being deeply insecure, feelings of unworthiness, rageful, bitter, and a strong sense of being constantly in danger.

BE a person that offers a refuge and lighthouse of positive, constructive, and high esteem covering to people who are haunted by their own unregulated mind of thorns, by your sheer presence, genuine self esteem, and impenetrable well-built consciousness.

This is proper.
This is correct.
This is how things are to be done.
