𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 (𝐉𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐗) took part in the 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 2026 held on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 14, 2026, at the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 – 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. The seminar was attended by the organization’s officers, personnel, and staff, where the 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐅𝐏) shared important reminders and practical tips on fire prevention and what to do during emergencies.

After the seminar, the fire drill was conducted for the students. Everyone was guided through the proper evacuation procedures, followed by a demonstration on the correct use of a fire extinguisher. The activity reminded us that knowing what to do and being prepared can help keep everyone safe.

Last Tuesday, we officially welcomed our newest Financialistas as they took their first step into an exciting new chapter.

The Freshmen Orientation was more than just an introduction to college. It was a chance to meet new people, learn more about the journey ahead, and get a glimpse of what life as a Financialista will be like. From new faces and new friends to new lessons and experiences, it was a day filled with meaningful moments and memories to remember.

We were also honored by the presence of our CBA Dean, Mr. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐂. 𝐀𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐚, 𝐂𝐏𝐀, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐢 𝐄𝐝𝐨𝐧, Guidance Life Coach, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐓𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞, SAO Ambassador, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, former CBA CARES President, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐆. 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐨𝐧, BSBA Chairperson, and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐉. 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐭, Faculty, who shared their time, guidance, and support with our freshmen.

To our freshmen, don’t be afraid to ask questions, meet new people, try new things, and make the most out of every opportunity. Take your time, learn from every experience, and enjoy the journey.

The 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟑: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, held last July 29–31, 2026 at the UC Jones Auditorium, brought together student leaders from the different organizations of the University of Cebu Main Campus for three days of learning, collaboration, and growth.

Representing 𝐉𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐗 – 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, our student leaders actively participated in inspiring talks, engaging workshops, and meaningful discussions that strengthened their leadership, organizational, and service-oriented skills. Beyond gaining new knowledge, the summit served as a reminder that true leadership is rooted in integrity, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Together, we continue to grow, lead, and create a brighter future for every Financialistas.
