𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗔. 𝗚𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴 — 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

With the words of Mr. Archival, "Classes will be conducted asynchronously until further notice," CEBU CITY DON CARLOS A. GOTHONG MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL implemented the policy that there would be no in-person classes at any level due to the ongoing rains that caused flooding in several areas of Cebu City.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 | 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 officially opened with fiery energy and talent! Palarong Pambansa Gold Medalist 𝐍𝐢ñ𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐊𝐡𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 proudly lit the torch, marking the start of the event. Gothongians wowed the crowd with the Dance Palabas, Gothong Dancesport, and the powerful performance of Gothongian Bantawang Kabataan. The search for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2025 added excitement and pride to the event.

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘅 𝗦𝗼𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

In a stunning showcase of passion, rhythm, and unity, the 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, known as Pink Phoenix, danced their way to victory in this year’s Dance Palabas 2025.

From powerful choreography to captivating stage presence, Pink Phoenix delivered a performance that left a meaningful impression on both the audience and judges. Their hard work, dedication, and fiery spirit truly embodied this year’s theme: “𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹: 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺’𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗵."

This well-deserved win is a proud moment for the SHS Department, reminding everyone that excellence comes from teamwork, heart, and the courage to rise.

Cebu City Don Carlos A. Gothong Memorial National High School proudly launched Intramurals 2025 with the theme “𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣, 𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙖𝙡: 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢’𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙝”. The week-long celebration highlights the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and unity, as students come together in friendly competition.

This year’s event is packed with excitement as teams showcase their unique talents, determination, and school pride. With every activity and game, students embody the spirit of unity and the drive for collective success.

More than just a showcase of athletic skill, the intramurals serve as an opportunity for students to bond, celebrate their strengths, and build lasting memories. The entire school community looks forward to a successful and meaningful celebration filled with joy, energy, and harmony.
