The USPF SOL CLEP Office conducted a lecture on the Katarungang Pambarangay Law at Barangay Day-as, Cebu City. In line with the Law Student Practice Rule, our Law Student Practitioners brought the law closer to the community by empowering the barangay in resolving disputes without bringing them to court.

The participants of the lecture were the lupon members, tanods and personnel of the said barangay.

Thank you to our Law Student Practitioners, CLEP volunteers, our supervising lawyers - Atty. Kirst Deon Mojica and Atty. Roy Varon and to Dean Peter Cañamo for making this event a success. Special shoutout to Barangay Day-as Secretary and our very own student, Adriane Pielago, for making this event possible. ⚖️

Happening now: Delegates from USPF-SOL led by Lex Circle President Paolo Ramirez are attending the symposium, “Justice in Action: Promoting Integrity, Combating Corruption, and Defending Human Rights,” organized by the SNMC School of Law.

The event features distinguished keynote speakers, former Supreme Court Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales and Dr. Cielo Magno, who bring valuable insights on accountability, governance, and human rights.
