โผ๏ธ๐จ LOCK IN FOR ATTENDANCE โฐ๐ซ
THE CHASE IS ON: Find the CE-Tubbies! ๐
Ready for CE Week? We hope youโve got your running shoes on, because the CE-Tubbies are officially on the loose! If you want your attendance to count, youโre going to have to do more than just show upโyouโve got to be fast and smart.
How to Secure Your Attendance:
Must scan and fill out the attendance two times a day (morning and afternoon), or three times a day if there is an evening event (morning, afternoon, and evening) from the CE TUBBY. Scanning a photo of a QR code from your GC? Nice try, but nope! That won't work here. To get those points, follow these steps:
The 20-Minute Blitz: Speed is key! The CE-Tubbies only appear for 20 MINUTES per session. Once theyโre gone, the window for attendance closes!
Strike a Pose: Your GForm upload needs a photo proof. But hereโs the catch: the CE-Tubby must be doing a specific pose for that session (Morning/Afternoon/Night). If the pose doesn't match the time of day, your entry is invalid!
The Password: Every day has a unique password. The CE-Tubby must manually type the password into your phone to confirm you actually found them!
โผ๏ธโ ๏ธBut beware!!! Impostor CE-Tubbies have also landed in the vicinity and are on the loose! ๐ญ Make sure you find the authentic one, or your entry wonโt count.
Enjoy the hunt, stay sharp, and let the CE Week festivities begin! ๐ทโโ๏ธ๐งฑ

Theme: โCEmenting the Gaps: Strengthening Bonds Between Students and Progress.โ
As we celebrate the civil engineering week, we proudly introduce the two houses that will represent the spirit of engineering excellence in this yearโs activities. Inspired by historical figures whose works shaped the field of civil engineering, Eiffel and Vespasia stand as symbols of innovation, resilience, and legacy.

๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐
Named after the renowned French engineer Gustave Eiffel, this house represents visionary engineering and bold design. Eiffel is best known for creating the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris, a structure that was once the tallest man-made structure in the world and remains a global symbol of engineering brilliance. Beyond the tower, Eiffel also contributed to numerous bridges, viaducts, and even the internal framework of the Statue of Liberty. His work demonstrated how engineering can combine strength, creativity, and eleganceโqualities that continue to inspire civil engineers today.
๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
This house draws inspiration from Vespasian, the Roman emperor who initiated the construction of one of historyโs most remarkable engineering achievements, the Colosseum. Built during the height of Roman engineering, the Colosseum showcased advanced construction techniques such as complex arch systems, concrete structures, and efficient crowd management design. The legacy of Roman engineeringโfrom roads and aqueducts to monumental structuresโlaid many of the foundations for modern civil engineering practices. House Vespasia symbolizes durability, structural mastery, and the enduring impact of infrastructure on civilization.
Through these houses, we celebrate not only friendly competition but also the legacy of civil engineering that continues to shape the world. As we embrace this yearโs theme, may these two houses remind us that the structures we build today will become the foundations of tomorrow.
