The NSTP General Orientation commenced last Saturday, August 22, 2026. Prior to the program, bag inspections were conducted as an additional safety measure in light of recent security concerns across the Philippines, because our studentsโ safety always comes first.
The atmosphere quickly turned lively as students presented section yells, setting a warm and welcoming tone for the rest of the event. The orientation proper covered the fundamentals of the NSTP program, including its legal basis, introduction of the faculty, and program policies.
To keep the energy high in between sessions, our NSRC volunteers performed a song and a dance number, and also served as role models throughout the program. This gathering also marked the first time we welcomed our Diploma program students. It was truly encouraging to see everyone participating actively and listening attentively.
