Safe spaces are not always rooms with four walls.
Sometimes they are pauses.
Sometimes they are people.
Sometimes they are passions that let us take off the mask and just… breathe.

Find yours. Guard it. Return to it often.

A "safe space" isn't just a physical location - it's a mental and emotional sanctuary where the "theatre" of our internal lives can play out without judgment. It’s where the mask can come off, and we can simply be.

Finding that refuge is essential for resilience. It might be found in:

A Place: A quiet corner in the mountains or a moment of absolute stillness.

A Person: Someone whose presence acts as a soft landing, where you feel fully seen and understood.

An Object: A tangible anchor - perhaps a well-worn book, a keepsake, or a familiar tool - that grounds you back to your center.

A Process: The rhythmic flow of a creative project or a deep personal passion.

Whatever form it takes, this refuge is the anchor that keeps us steady when the world feels too heavy.

May you find that sanctuary today - a space, a soul, or a simple reminder where you are safe, at peace, and entirely yourself.

WHAT: Cebu City Scholarship Program Information Drive and Open Forum (for CCNSHS Grade 12 Learners)

WHEN: March 3, 2026 (9:00–10:00 AM)

WHERE: CCNSHS Gym

WHO: CCNSHS Grade 12 student-applicants and their parents

DETAILS:

*This is exclusive for the Learners of Cebu City National Science High School. Other schools have their own schedule/s.

*Representatives from City Hall will conduct the info drive.

*Students who will be attending RSPC or are otherwise unavailable may send their parents/guardians to attend on their behalf.

*For application forms, they're not releasing any yet as of the moment as they said it's pending the approval of the Council.
