The Supreme Secondary Learner Government proudly presents its 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁—a compilation of the council’s initiatives, accomplishments, financial transparency, milestones, and moments of service throughout the academic year.

More than just a collection of pages and documentation, this report reflects the dedication, passion, late nights, collaborative efforts, and memories shared in service of the Carolinian student body.

From every initiative conducted, challenge faced, lesson learned, and memory created—𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀.

Today, we celebrate another year of 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉, 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔. As a student leader, we hope this new chapter of your life brings you more opportunities, meaningful moments, and success in all that you pursue both inside and outside the classroom.

May this year be filled with good health, happiness, genuine friendships, and achievements that make all your hard work worthwhile. No matter where life takes you, may you continue to learn, grow, and create memories that you will always look back on with pride.

Thank you for leading us with wisdom, reminding us to carry ourselves with integrity, and encouraging us to serve with genuine purpose. Your guidance helped shape not only our work as leaders, but also the people we are slowly becoming beyond our positions. ✨

This year was filled with pressure, growth, challenges, and unforgettable moments — and through it all, your support remained constant. For that, we will always be grateful. 🫂

We don’t walk away carrying just farewells, but hearts full of gratitude we never really learned how to fully express. 🤍

The 9th Congress was never just an organization. It became a small world we learned to survive, build, and believe in together. Through the overwhelming days, the rushed meetings, the quiet pressure, and the unexpected victories — we stayed. Not out of obligation, but out of something deeper: care for each other, and for what we were trying to create. 🤲

To our seniors: thank you for showing up with more than just effort — thank you for showing up with heart. For every sacrifice no one saw, every moment you chose service over comfort, every time you carried your part even when it was heavy… we saw it, even when we didn’t always say it. And we will carry it with us long after this ends.

And maybe one day, when everything is already far behind us, we’ll sit in silence and realize how rare this was. How a group of students, unsure of everything else, still managed to build something rooted in passion, purpose, and quiet love for service. ♾️

This may be the end of our term… but it will never be the end of what we became to each other. 🫂

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Please be advised that merchandise claims will follow a strict schedule to ensure an organized and efficient distribution process for all customers.

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟮 customers can claim their items on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟰-𝟱 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), 𝟭𝟬:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠-𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗞 𝟮𝟬𝟳 (𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲), as the TCC Administration will only be available for a limited time during this period.

For 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟭 students, claiming will only be accommodated if you already have prior or scheduled school commitments that allow you to pass by the office briefly. This policy is in place to avoid disruption and ensure the smooth flow of transactions. Students without prior engagements are advised that they may still claim their merchandise during the next office term, when regular operations resume.

Your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated as we work to ensure an orderly and fair distribution for all.

Its been a while since 𝗦𝗼𝗶𝗿é𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗝𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, yet the memories of that night still shine just as bright. Some moments fade with time, but some stay with us—and this is definitely one of them. ✨

We would like to inform everyone that a 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 will be set up at the 𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 for items misplaced during Soirée ‘26: Jewels of the Night last April 24.�

The station will be 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀.
Students who wish to claim their lost items are required to 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 for verification purposes.�
SSLG Officers will be assigned to manage and assist at the station.��However, 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 that was turned over to us will be turned over to 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗦𝗔 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 to be claimed there.�

We encourage everyone who may have lost personal belongings during the event to proceed to the designated area accordingly after the Graduation mass.

To ensure that the night remains safe, memorable, and meaningful for everyone, we encourage all attendees to carefully observe the following guidelines. These are set in place to help us uphold the dignity of the event and allow every Carolinian to shine with confidence and class.
