Qualifications:
- College graduate or College Level in any course, with at least 6 months call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills; both written and verbal; can comprehend simple and complex customer issues
- Customer service oriented, responsible, a good team player, and possesses positive attitude
- Familiar with Android OS, the hottest custom OS, such as CM, MIUI which are top of the line.
- High adaptability skill to learn the standards and regulatory requirements for processed products and including familiarization about the packaging policies applicable for the product
- Willing to learn new knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives driven by the organization
- Must have good computer and typing speed skills
