This seminar emphasized that OJT is not merely a requirement nor a simple exposure to real workplace settings. It is a transformative journey that molds one’s work ethic, sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity. It is during this phase that students begin to internalize and apply the values they have learned during their formative years, values nurtured and strengthened through their academic journey in the institution,guiding them as they transition into the professional world and contribute meaningfully to society.
