The Cebu Federation of Working Students' Organizations (CFOWSO) is a confederated organization among Working Students' Organizations in Metro Cebu. It is governed by the Council of Presidents, composed of the presidents of the member organizations, and all decisions, policies and laws are executed by its Standing Committee composed of the representatives of the member organizations who are proport
ionally selected and is headed by the Federation Secretary. Founded by the following organizations: The Carolinian Working Scholars’ Association (CAWSA) of the University of San Carlos, The Recoletos Educational Assistance for Deserving Students (READS) of the University of San Jose – Recoletos, The Society of Non-Academic Scholars (SNAS) of the Cebu Institute of Technology – University, The Student Assistant Labor Organization (SALO) of the Cebu Technological University, The Loyal and United Non-Academic Scholar (LUNAS) of the Southwestern University, The Benedicto College Student Assistant Organization of Benedicto College, and The Association of Student Assistants (ASA) of the Cebu Normal University.
