100% Josenian Structural Designers!
While conducting site visit to our CE OJTs at the Design Works Engineering, it turned out to be a surprising mini-reunion.
The firm's Philippine branch, managed locally by former USJ-R CE faculty member Engr. Noel Guades, boasts an eight-man structural team composed entirely of Josenian Civil Engineers!
The team specializes in the structural design and drafting of complete sets of structural plans, focusing mainly on timber and steel structures. Using Canadian and other international structural codes, they deliver world-class design projects from start to finish. They are also fully immersed in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, utilizing industry-standard tools like Autodesk Revit to bring these complex global designs to life.
From left to right: Engrs. Noel Guades (1997), Zeus Monisit (2020), John Jevin Dingding (2014), Alyssa Reqsqutes-Aure (2014), Jeory Aure Jr. (2014), Mabeth Rufila (2014), Vince Co (2025), Andrew Paglinawan (2025)
From our local classrooms to international blueprints, these engineers prove that Josenians are built for global excellence. It's a beauty to witness different generations of USJ-R graduates uniting under one office, collaborating, and designing world-class projects for the global stage.
Thank you for raising our banner high and making your Alma Mater proud. Keep shining and inspiring our future engineers!
