Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Division Chiefs of the Department of Education Negros Island Region gathered for the Media Handling, Strategic Communication, and Protocol Training for Education Leaders, held on July 23–25, 2026 — an initiative spearheaded by Dr. Ramir B. Uytico, CESO III, Regional Director of DepEd Negros Island Region.
