Please be aware that tomorrow Thursday, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, will be the last day for 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and 𝐂𝐀𝐖𝐃𝐒 (Changing, Adding, Withdrawing, and Dropping) of subjects this semester 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

All students who still need to enroll, add, change, withdraw, or drop subjects are strongly advised to complete their transactions on or before August 20, 2026.

This deadline is necessary to allow the university to finalize the official list of enrolled students and complete the required Free Higher Education (FHE) billing report in accordance with Republic Act No. 10931, the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, which provides free tuition and other school fees for qualified students in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).

Students are encouraged to settle any pending enrollment or CAWDS transactions within the prescribed deadline to ensure that their enrollment records are properly reflected in the final submission.

Please be guided accordingly and strictly observe the deadline.
