ATTENTION All Cebu City Scholars who were enrolled during the First Semester of SY 2025-2026

Distribution of allowance will be on June 3, 2026, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN ONLY, at the CIT University Learning Resource and Activity Center (LRAC).

Please take note of the following:

1. Bring your own PEN and your SCHOOL ID.
2. You can refer to this link for your PAYROLL NUMBER:

3. Take note of your PAYROLL NUMBER and DISBURSING OFFICER NUMBER before coming inside the venue.

The Unblocking Request Processing is currently ongoing for the ff. scholars:
* DOST Scholars
* Cebu City Scholars
* Other sponsored scholars who are not yet paid by their sponsors
with excess balance not yet migrated to WITS due to system issues

For ONSITE unblocking request, proceed to the Finance and Accounting Office (FAO) Window E.
Priority is given to those enrolling in Midyear Term A.Y. 2025-2026

Here are the requirements:
(a) To be made by the STUDENT: SCHOOL ID
(b) To be made by Authorized Representatives:
1. Authorization letter duly signed by the student
2. Photocopy of the school ID of the student
3. Photocopy of the valid ID of the authorized representative

Unblocking through phone call is NOT ALLOWED.

Applications for the Non-Academic Scholarship (NAS) for the MIDYEAR 2026 will start today until June 9, 2026!
