Cebu, Mandaue Deped officials visit Region 7 Exhibit at 2026 NSPC

ORMOC CITY — Dr. Nimfa D. Bongo, Schools Division Superintendent of Cebu City; Dr. Lyra L.Illaga, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of Cebu City; and Dr. Danilo Gudelusao, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of Mandaue City, visited the Region 7 exhibit at SM City Ormoc during the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC).

The officials showed their support for Central Visayas’ top student journalists as they toured the Region 7 booth featuring the “Best School Papers” exhibit.

The display highlights outstanding campus publications from across the region, showcasing the journalistic excellence and creativity of young writers and editors. Their visit underscores the Department of Education’s continued support for campus journalism and the development of media literacy among learners.
