The University of Cebu-Banilad Scholarship Office is now accepting applications for Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School Academic Scholars for S.Y. 2026–2027 until MAY 25, 2026

NOTE: Applicable to incoming Grade 2, Grade 7 and Grade 11 Only.

✨ Open to students with GPA of 90%–100% and no grade below 90 in all subjects.

📌 REQUIREMENTS:
• Photocopy of Report Card
• Photocopy of Ranking Certificate (Top 10 – for Elementary applicants only)
• Photocopy of Proof of Enrollment (Study Load/Receipt)

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂–𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 5𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 13, 2026, alongside the Regular Junior High School ceremony, recognizing a new batch of completers.

The school remains the only privately-owned science high school in the Visayas and Mindanao, offering a distinct option for learners in the region.

As a 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖-𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, UC Banilad Science High School allows qualified students to avail of national government subsidies, helping ease education costs for families.

While both programs uphold the institution’s standards of quality education, the Science High School follows a more specialized curriculum that requires heightened academic focus and rigor, designed to further develop students in robotics, research, innovation, and technical skills education.

Advisory | February 24 and February 25, 2026 Academic Calendar

Official University Advisory: In celebration of Cebu City’s Charter Day, there will be NO CLASS and NO WORK in UC campuses in Cebu City (UC Main, UC Banilad, UC METC, and UC Pardo–Talisay) on February 24, 2026.

On February 25, in celebration of the 40th EDSA Revolution Anniversary, ALL UC CAMPUSES at all levels will shift to online modality.
