SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS IN ALL PRC OFFICES AND SERVICE CENTERS NATIONWIDE ON OCTOBER 31 โ NOVEMBER 01, 2022
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public of the temporary suspension of operations in all PRC Offices and Service Centers nationwide on October 31 โ November 1, 2022 in observance of All Saintsโ Day.
This is pursuant to Proclamation No. 79 and Proclamation No. 1236.
Appointments set on the said dates will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on November 02, 2022 (Wednesday).

October 28, 2022 - The Department of Education (DepEd) aims to not only bring learners back to school, but also institute measures to maximize learning recovery.
We would like to express our utmost appreciation and gratitude to our Local Government Units (LGUs), partner agencies from the National Government , Non-Government Organizations (NGO), and our stakeholders, for supporting and respecting DepEdโs stand against the unnecessary cancellation of classes and the use of our schools as billeting areas for events that are unrelated to the curriculum.
Your support affords uninterrupted class sessions for our learners, and helps our teachers avoid unnecessary make-up classes, which pose as an additional burden to their teaching load.
Amidst the various challenges, DepEd remains steadfast in its pursuit to provide accessible and quality basic education for all. We, however, cannot do this alone. Therefore, we enjoin everyone to help our leaners recover from learning losses and suspend classes only during public emergencies, severe weather disturbances and calamities.

The Department of Education (DepEd) will hold its 2022 Suppliers Forum and Stakeholders Conference on October 4, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, Ground Floor, Rizal Building, DepEd Central Office and will be streamed live via DepEd Philippines Website and shared URL via page.
The forum is open to all suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, civil society organizations, implementing units in the National Capital Region, and other stakeholders in DepEd Central Office. It aims to increase the professional awareness of suppliers and service providers on RA 9184 and latest updates on its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), as well as to provide a collaborative venue for the DepEd, and business and industry players on current issues on procurement.
