Urgent Notice on Support & Reminders

Dear ALCI Danao City students,

We understand the difficulties you're facing.The City of Danao has yet to recover from the aftermath of Typhoon Tino & yet here comes the threat of another typhoon that could possibly delay recovery.

Following our recent visit in our Danao City Poblacion & Suba Campuses last November 8,2025 (Saturday) and relief distribution, here are the latest updates:

*For Learning Support

If you have no internet signal, please find time to come to the school for any concern or for assistance. Our teachers are available on-site to assist you directly with your learning needs.

Learning must not stop when face to face classes are suspended. The situation where we are in right now has taught us how to be more resilient during extra challenging times. We need to move forward with hope & optimism by making use of available technology to cope up in learning. The ALCI Admin Team is here to help you cope up during this crisis.

*Exam Schedule Update
We will announce the final exam schedule only once the LGU Danao City Executive Order (EO) is lifted.

Stay updated by closely monitoring your group chats for this final announcement.

Typhoon Advisory: Schedule Update for November 10-14,2025

Please note the following important adjustments due to the Typhoon Uwan:

For Students (Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Junior High School & Senior High School)

*November 10-11 (Monday & Tuesday)

All classes will be Asynchronous/Modular. Follow your assigned learning tasks & continue working with the practice tests.

*Exams
All scheduled exams will push through as scheduled on November 12-14 (Wednesday - Friday). Please use November 10-11 to prepare.

Please check your respective GCs for updates and instructions from time to time.

*Starting November 12,2025 (Wednesday) ALCI will be implementing a full return to in-person, face-to-face classes for all students across all grade levels for all Mainland Lapu-Lapu City & Olango Campuses.

We urge everyone to ensure students are prepared to attend classes in person starting November 12,2025 (Wednesday).

Standard school hours, attendance policies, and uniform regulations will be strictly followed.

We thank GOD for keeping us safe and protecting our families during Typhoon Tino.

We are grateful for His guidance and mercy during this challenging time.

In light of the recent traumatic experience, we recognize the need to support our students as they cope up with the aftermath. To ensure they have ample time to prepare for their upcoming final exams, we have decided to adjust the exam schedule.

Please be informed of the following:

*November 6-7 ,2025 will be the continuation of Asynchronous- Modular due to Typhoon Tino. All face to face classes for all Grade Levels in all Campuses are temporarily suspended.

*November 6- Class advisers will be sending Pointers, Practice tests focused on the topics most students find difficulty.

*November 7- please guide your students, class advisers will be sending Answer Key, pls find time to check the answers of your son/ daughter. We entrust that you will strictly adheres to the Honesty policy. Their scores in the practice test are non graded but this will serve as comparison with the actual final exam score of the students in the final exam.

*Please take note of the following exam schedules:

November 13-14,2025
2nd Periodical Exam for Grades 1-10
Final Exam for Grades 11 & 12

November 12,13 & 14, 2025
2nd Periodical Exam for Pre-Elementary Pupils (Nursery, Kinder 1 & Kinder 2)

*Tomorrow (November 4,2025) all ALCI teachers will be sending the pointers (specific topics) for the upcoming exam. please give your feedback in your respective GCs as to which specific topics you find difficult since your teachers will design a practice test in all identification which will be sent to you anytime .

In view of the latest 6 magnitude earthquake up north of Cebu earlier this morning, Asian Learning Center Inc. is suspending all face to face classes today October 13,2025 (Monday) until October 17,2025 (Friday) for all Grade Levels in all our campuses (Mainland Lapu-Lapu City, Olango Island & Danao City). This is to ensure the safety of all our pupils, students & employees.

We will be giving more updates and instructions regarding students asynchronous/module activities in your different chat groups.
