The best way to start this school year is together! Jumpstart your semester with the Network of Warriors for Mental Health (NOW-MH) in collaboration with the USC Counseling and Development Center (USC CDC) this September 8, 2023, (Friday) from 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm.

𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚-𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐬𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚, 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐰𝐚, 𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐠-𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐚 𝐤𝐚𝐩𝐰𝐚.

It is okay that we start our journey with no clear goal in mind. As long as we know ourselves, we will be able to find our fellow warriors, those who will walk alongside us on our journey and help us discover our purpose along the way.

In this half day event, we will learn from inspirational speakers and panelists who will share their personal journeys and perspectives on mental health. We will also be trained on the introduction of psychological first aid, which will equip us with the skills to safeguard our own mental well-being and support others who may be struggling.
