In Paknaan, what was once a river of life by the residents is now reduced to murky waters and fading currents burdened by years of human neglect.

This documentary reveals the silent ripple of pollution and irresponsibility that continues to consume the Butuanon River, while shedding light on the importance of water and sanitation.
